The location is very convenient. The hotel provides metered parking or use of the hotel garage. That was useful. The bed was comfortable.
Rooms on the front side face a busy road! The noise made relaxation difficult. The food did not meet expectations for a ski resort. It was disappointing, really. The staff spoke limited English. This created communication challenges.

i found the ski lockers in the basement quite useful. there was a short walk to the gondola station, that was GREAT.
the spa did look quite old.
