Not My Best Hotel Experience

street noise chlorine smell

I really do not liked the noise from the street at night. Sleeping was hard with all the people yelling. The rooms had a funny chlorine smell and it was super hot with no way to make it cooler.

street noise poor cleanliness

The location was convenient for accessing the slopes.

The room they assigned to me had an issue with noise from the street. It was difficult to sleep well because of the traffic. I also found that the cleanliness was not great. Dust accumulated quickly, and I don't see much cleaning .

the location is a standout feature because of its proximity to the slopes. breakfast offers a good selection. i found the recently renovated shower to be of high quality and quite spacious, really appreciated that.

convenient location hotel garage comfortable bed busy road limited english disappointing food

The location is very convenient. It's next to the main lift. The hotel provides metered parking or use of the hotel garage. That was useful. The bed was comfortable.

Rooms on the front side face a busy road! The noise made relaxation difficult. The food did not meet expectations for a ski resort. It was disappointing, really. The staff spoke limited English. This created communication challenges.

i found the ski lockers in the basement quite useful. there was a short walk to the gondola station, that was GREAT.

the spa did look quite old.
